I'm using 3.3.6 X server with a 4.x.x driver. I don't know how to force the using of
the
XFree86 X server.
I re-installed Red Hat 7.0 and every thing is fine. I upgraded to RH 7.2 and the same
probl
Commenting out DRI didn't make any difference. Any other suggestions are welcome.

At the
end of the install when I test the video card and its' resolution (1280x1024 24 bit),
it just
displays perf
I removed the spaces from the vert and horiz rates and it didn't make any difference.
Problem still remains with it being extremely slow.

Does XFree86 support the ATI All-in-Wonder 128 video board?
I think that it does because of the section "Driver status for XFree86 :
ATI" indicates that rel 4.1.0 has accelerated support for the Rage 128
chip.
The chipset is the "ATI Rage 128 RF (AGP)" (Chip ID=0x5248).
When I install Red Hat
