I've re-installed RedHat 7.2 three times trying to get rid of any pointers to XFree86 vers 3.x.x and still have the same problem running startx. It is extremely slow in loading. At the end of the install when I test the video card and its' resolution (1280x1024 24 bit), it just displays perf
