I am trying to obtain the following result :
CHAPITRE I Title of chapter1.1 Title of section1.1.1 Title of subsection
In other words, I need my chapter numbers to be in roman number, but not in the
numbers of the sections and subsections (1.1.1 and not I.1.1).

I can warmly recommend Zotero. It works very well and can fetch content
directly from web page
Hi Paul,
I recently switched from "Papers" (Mac only, commercial) to JabRef.
Advantages: JabRef is open source, and I can use it at work (Macs) and
at home (Linux). I like it -- it has everything I need (searching
PubMed etc., managing a collection of pdf-files...).
