er at Van Cortlandt Park, I had the Barnacle Goose (BRNG) on the
Parade Grounds. No Cackling on the field, but the flock was
noticeably smaller today, so it could be in the area with other
Canada's.

subject reported by Jeff Ritter yesterday.
*NO *sign of the ORANGE-CROWNED or the WILSON'S WARBLER that were recently
reported in the area, but it could be that the windy conditions and cold
kept them low and hidden. Or, I'd like to think they continued on to
warmer grounds.
Good 2012 Birdin
Refound by Gail Benson at the Knutsen West Marina and is now back near
the police docks. Best seen from the Harbor Club parking lot.

Thanks for posting Michael. Is this the same area/spot that the BRNG was
observed this morning by Arie and Derek?

The Barnacle Goose is currently on the Van Cortlandt Park Lake along
with a sizable flock of Canada's. My friend Andria and I have so far
picked out 2 Cackling from this flock and still searching.
