Hello all,
I too remember getting an aching neck, but found that once the bike
was properly set for me, my neck was far better if not pain free.
Seems to me that it's certainly an issue of reach to the handlebar,
and, the need to limit your elbows being locked out. Remember, you

Hello all,
My name's Bill Taylor, and I along with my family, we've been OBC
members going back to the early 80's [feeling old now, considering
that's a good 20+ years!]
I'm helping out with Paul 'Boomer' Throops' Ride To Survive.
As a volunteer, and one who's life like so many has been

Hi Roger,
My name's Bill Taylor, and seeing as the weather forecast for Friday
looks pretty good, I'm game to join you for part of the ride to
Kingston. I expect to turn back, and return to Ottawa once at Perth.
In order to co-ordinate things, why not contact me off list at the

Hi Roger,
So, how was your weekend down in Kingston? What was the rest of the
ride like for you and Phil after Merrickville?
True to plan, I made it on to Smith Falls, 20 kms, and Perth another
20 kms. You were certainly correct, the wind was a real 'delite';

Hi,
Considering that the weather report for this weekend is calling for
rain on Sunday, Saturday seems to be the best day to do the Iroquois
Century ride.
Is anyone interested in joining me for this ride on Saturday?
I expect to be riding at a Touring 1 pace, if not at the Touring 2
pace.
Desperately seeking ...
If anyone has, or knows of any RLCT spots available for the classic
route with single accommodation at Queens, I'd very much appreciate
knowing so that I may be able to get one.
Cheers,

Does anyone now of any IRC [Internet Relay Chat] channels dedicated to cycling?
