Mostly, you don't need it, if the timestamps match between some .xml and some .h messages and info files, but ... if you have a slow checkout, the problem might rear its head. You can 'touch' the files, but my scientific apporach is to have the xalan.jar handy (that contains the java version

For me it shows the oldest item (ticket) as first item, for example in the bug list, by clicking on # (twice ?) it shows most recent on top, maybe it has to be done only once ( saving some session cookie or what ever) I must admitt I now get them with most recent on top. We can leave it for
