Not being able to edit an existing booking seems to be the biggest pain
point, and might be a deal breaker for us. How do you deal with this?
Yesterday we had a faculty member who was picking up a booking late (they
had 8 films, two of which were not ours, so staff had created a

You're absolutely right. It is a real pain. To get around this, our media point
people sign out the reserved items in advance to the instructor. So if it's a
late pickup, it doesn't affect the booking.
Again, not perfect, but it seems to be working for us.

Thanks! That's how we did things with our manual system: the media booker
would check stuff out and put it on a shelf at circ.
I'd love to hear from anyone else who is using bookings and what your
workarounds are.

I think you can do it without Summon, that's what I've been trying to see.
For example, Dan Scott's users can access material in NetLibrary,
ProQuest, Science Online, Emerald, etc. As he said, they use Evergreen's
OpenURL resolver.
So, my take-away is that you can use native Evergreen tools to
