Hi Jim, It's likely that this information is not available in the documentation, but if anyone has the inclination to essentially copy what Jason said into Asciidoc so that it can be included, I'm sure others would appreciate it! If anyone is interested, I would happy to work with you on it

Okay. Thanks. So there is no duplication? Everything in aged_circulation was once in circulation and is moved, not copied, to aged_circulation? It just loses some of the info? Or is it copied and everything in aged_circulation is still in circulation, assuming one hasn’t deleted rows

Hi Jim, Benjamin, There are a number of differences that touch on aged versus not-aged circulations. It's certainly true that circulations can be moved out of action.circulation to keep that table size down and that can be useful when we discuss things like tablespaces and Postgres. However, to

I am looking for a link to documentation that explains the purpose of each table. I have found the schema documentation but nothing that explains the purpose. Currently I am trying to determine the relationship of aged_circulation to circulation. Since circulation contains records that are

Hi Scott, We're using PayPal's "Hosted Pages": https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/payflow/gs_ppa_hosted_pages/ PP has a dizzying array of options, so I don't know if it's similar to Payflow Link. The gist is the patron is sent to a PayPal page to enter their credit card info. This of

Hi Scott, I would be very interested in knowing this as well. We tried to work with Paypal but were not able to do so without a gateway that was an additional monthly fee at that time. I would also be interested to know if the patrons credit card information passes through the Evergreen server.

Re: [OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Paypal Link

Hi Scott, Payflow Link isn't currently supported by stock Evergreen, though maybe somebody has a local customization implementing it? Any way, it looks like it's similar to Stripe in that getting the credit card information from the user would be done through PayPal's website, which of course

Hi, Bogna. Did you start the OpenSRF services before running autogen.sh? That looks like either you didn't start them or there were errors when you did. The most likely culprit for the router not starting is one of the ejabberd passwords being wrong in the configuration file. Jason On
