I bet Brent is right! If you are using relative dates in your parameters instead of real dates (such as saying you want everything created 1 to 12 months ago), it's easy to enter them backwards. In the example he provided, the top parameter would 12 months and the bottom parameter 1 month. On

This is pretty down-and-dirty but it does seem to work: [image: Inline image 1] It uses the "Item" source, filters on creation date range, filters OUT anything that has been deleted (so you'll miss anything that was added and deleted within the same time range), and includes only those org units

All – I am not sure if this is the report acting weird, or something else wrong with our system. My boss wants this: need one total number of physical items added to the collection between 7/1/15 and today (last 12 months). And there is a ‘canned’ report from Equinox that is Count Items Added
