that people copy OpenSim.ini.example to OpenSim.ini? Why not just make
OpenSim.ini what happens to be in OpenSim.ini.example?

the info about the destination region is local to the departing region.
But TPs are almost identical, with one extra first step.
You can find some sequence diagrams here:

something clearer (at least to me) like:
OpenSim Version 10115
The problem is that I don't know which build to refer to as I would imagine
that the code base changes daily. Thanks.

Anyone ever do embedded mono with OpenSim? :)

As Brianna notes, you need the latest opensim and either the 3.0 SL
viewer or
something compatible (nightly mesh viewer release). There are some
quirks, though.
Basic mesh and texture seem to work fine, but I have found difficulty in
getting
armatures working for Autodesk's evolver product - it is
one thing i noticed when doing a sample Mac build for my class based
on opensim binaries (0.7.2) was that I received a similar error until I
upgraded mono sdk and monodevelop to the most recent version
(2.10...). This may be completely unrelated to what you are
experiencing, but I post it just in
