We have serious issues with the gate at this time, we believe it is a mix
of mirrors errors (infra) and tempest timeouts (see
https://review.openstack.org/617845).
Until the situation is resolved, do not recheck or approve any patch for
now.

We "only" have 2 jobs in the (third party) gate: fs001 and fs035. Both are
testing the same thing the last time I checked except fs035 is ipv6. I
would pick one of them and just do it.
