Not sure what happened, at one point I was able to connect from my workstation
to the manager and then to the Realm, but now I'm unable to from my workstation
and from the server itself. The information page to log on comes up, we are not
connected to our AD, I enter the password and click next

Sorry for the confusion, we are not running the virtual appliance, we are just
running the installation on a Windows 2008 server. As far as I know there's
nothing specific with our configuration. Best of my knowledge the ThinClient's
PXE Boot and connect to a specific server.

If you downgraded to 7_21 on your workstation, you have also to delete all
temp files.
E.g. if your using Linux it is the directory /.java$

Thanks, that did the trick. Clearing the temp files allowed me to login from my
workstation. Now I'll need to find a time to update to the latest version.

I'm able to right mouse click and select Export LDIF however nothing is
happening after I do that. Should I see a prompt on where to save to or is
there a default location that it is saving itself to?
