So, I've been super-lurking on this list due to one thing or another, but I
see that the PCOC convention is right nearby in Boulder this year, and I'm
excited to attend.
What are Origami conventions like? It sounds like there's a bunch of
classes and the like, but what else is going on?

involves spirits called shikigami, where a spirit (or kami) is captured or
put into servitude of a practitioner and can be kept in or manifested
through a paper manikin. I wouldn't be surprised if this practice came
