Good points, John. I would come out very strongly to say that if the *facilitator* is combining, sorting or having the group vote on or reduce / compress / decide on topics, it is not Open Space. It is something else where some facilitator is using some portions of what they may have seen done

Good points, all. Nigel, I’m also wondering about the physical space. For anything interactive, including Open Space - I look for a space that is at least 2x the size as the amount of expected participants. So many things inform all of this. I am also wondering Nigel - how might you answer
