OsmAnd offers wanderreitkarte.de online maps but they are completely
blocked by the site because OsmAnd does not obey the usage policy of this
site. That's what the site owner writes in his forum. To use
wanderreitkarte.de in OsmAnd you have to subscribe to the site and change
the URL

The simplest way is to use GPX tracking. You can start that manually, or
set the option to automatically record during navigation (per profile). I
use both.
In that case it will show your route and a "trailing" GPX track. Also nice
to review that at home.
