I have notes the the route with no access permission are not calculated by
OsmAnd so for example the first with no access the second Yes Osmand speaks
take first exit.

By default there are no files in that folder. You have to save the .xml files
into that folder /Android/data/net.osmand

Why a track saved into a directory by Osmand menu is not visible from a PC file
manager connected to the smartphone ?
The same file is visible from a smartphone file manager.
If a change the track name with the smartphone file manager I can see the file
from PC.
The same situation, but with
Version 3.6.2
If I copy your .xml files in the ditectory I can see them from Osmand menu but
if there is no xml file in the directory and I do all yours instructions to
create a new one the new xml file is not present in the directory.

Osmand sd card.With file manager I cannot see any file.No .xml and no .xml.txt

If you use a
-> Settings -> OsmAnd Settings (top one); "Data storage folder"
Where is your data folder? In the selected option it shows a path like
"/storage/emulated/o/Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files".What does your setting
say?
