You might be able to track it down through ACE Graphics even. I think the video was actually made around ' 85 as I was teaching ante-natal classes with PCA then and one of my supervisors on the course was one of the parents in that video, so I remember it well. The story of little Cosmo.

Sandy Palpate both ankle bones internal and external and see if you can feel any difference in the structure and if both ankle bones are palpable and the same, see if they are flexible enough to move. X-ray would give you more information but I am sure nothing needs to be done immediately.
