Talk about going all around the houses. Just open up EZ creator and select either a music or data cd and then select the tracks from within the ap as mentioned below or cut and paste them into the track list and then go to the file menu having put a blank cd in the drive and enter on record.

Hi Why do you use the bbc embedded player whilst there are much simpler options? You can redirect it to either windows media player or real player. Once you get the particular station playing in windows media player you can then bookmark it and you never have to faff on the web site again.
