recovering cd track information

2011-03-22 Thread Joe Giovanelli
I have some cds but do not have the titles for their tracks. I need a program which will recover this information. I have Mapler and it shows just what I need, but I cannot copy and paste that information. Does anyone have a suggestion about what I can use? I think Media Player can do this

Hello, Matthew and List, Thank you for the info about COULDEX. I found and downloaded it. I'm using Windows 7 so perhaps this is why help couldn't launch. Without that, I couldn't determine how to make a cd go to a database and give me the titles and the like. I looked at settings but

I use a Braille Sense for e-mail and occasionally the translator messes things up. You definitely wrote: c d e x I wrote that for you so that there couldn't be a translation error. As for c d e x, well, when I put a cd into the drive, I see tracks and times, but no titles onor artist data.

Hi, Mark and List, Just to be sure we're on the same page, go to tools by pressing alt-that. Then select cd Reader and press enter. From what you write, that's what you're doing. I wonder if perhaps you're running Windows 7 and using a version of Goldwave which is not compatible with that

The Rockbox folder is very complex. In order for files to be spoken, there are some utilities which must be run. These are in another folder which is a part of what Mr. Mesa has in his Sansa players. I think it's wonderful to see that he has taken the time and trouble to offer these
