hi vinny, To my knowledge, you shouldn't have to format CD-RW'S. You can create and burn the compilation just as you would on a regular CD-R. When you need to use them for something else, you just erase it for use again. I'm not sure of the number of writes you can get out of them though.

Hi Casey, I use DVD shrink which is freeware and it works quite well with nero. First I created the backup with DVD shrink and after it completes it will prompt you to burn the DVD with nero. You tell it ok and it takes care of the rest for ya. No hassles or anything like that. Tony Tony
