firstly, the j, k, l functions were introduced in GW v5.25 it may have been
in v5.22 but I jumped from v5.12 to v5.25 so am unsure. I've chec

Yep, just said exactly what I did earlier on today , other shortcut key
commands exist allowing you to hear audio round your markers and to "nudge" the
markers either way in your audio file so if you're looking at things from an
audio perspective then you have "Total Audio control and feedback"

J, K, L Rewinds, plays, and fast forwards respectively. Playback always
starts at the cursor's position.
Shift+J, Shift+K, Shift+L Makes the playback speed slower, normal, and

Goldwave is easier for anyone to set up but regardless of all that, Total
Recorder and Goldwave can work hand in hand together and I myself have
