When I attempted sign up a few months ago, I was unsuccessful for much the
same reason. I ended up writing to tech support, and after some cajoling,
they finally signed me up themselves. Once that was accomplished, I was able
to type in an artist and get a station started. However, little else

have the word in-ear somewhere in their description are rather stealthy.
