Another thing that you can try, is to go to Power DVD in programs, and arrow
down to check System Diagnosis.

one way to do this is put the dvd in.
Open windows explorer winkey e
arrow to the drive with the dvd and press alt enter
control tab to autoplay
here is where you choose what should happen when a dvd is inserted.

sure you didn't, play an MP3 file then while in the main Winamp window press
and hold the up arrow for about 15 seconds to make sure the audio is all the
