The new system went live on Tuesday.
Hopefully this should see an end to the "ERROR 500" problems that pca
users where sporadically hitting for a long time now.

I should point out that I had similar issues Tue night. I hadn’t updated my
pca used as the proxy since the fall 2008 release. I had to update to the
20090723 release that fixed the wget_proxy issue for https connections. While
the ssprot option was added, it was only to sunsolve. The

I had to add a new contract to my SunSolve account yesterday (the old
one had expired), and immediately after adding it I started doing PCA
downloads (from a different machine than the one I used to register the
contract, but behind the same web proxy).
