I 'think' they are for a webpage to be presented with the
correct alpha-numeric characters for a given language.

My son sold a number of DVD's on Ebay a while back. (about 200 of
them). He said that the only way he would do that sort of thing again
is by using PayPal. Apparently, the ease, security, etc is well worth
it. (I think that he said there was some sort of charge.

security on both sides of the sale. I don't allow PayPal to
