Hi,
does anyone has a good suggestion for a very steep filter? Preferably
something that cuts through the frequencies without any rollof at all? (if
possible)
I've tried the iemlib hp10_** filters, also 2 in a row, but the result is

A couple of weeks ago we also taked about the possibility of
having user-defined color themes. I think that could be quite
interesting, because you could have a brighter theme to work at
home, a darker for concert/performance, etc. etc. Hans told us
where to find the color scheme, but I
actually, if these settings could be controlled by pd itself, it
would be quite easy to make a patch to manage these issues. or then
just implement it on the interface's menus, maybe it makes more
sense with the current pd structure.
you are exactly right, and luckily, it's already
- is it possible to give the coordinates for the pd window to
appear? that's just a detail, but I get used to divide the screen
in a certain way (also to make sure I'm always controling the
console while having my patches + hdsp mixer open). everytime I
open pd I have to drag the window to
stuff
first.

You can follow all those complicated methods (which get more complicated
if you're planning to use lists), because pd isn't max, and therefore some
objects must behave differently in order for pd to be independent.
Or, if you don't really need the extra precision in the line, you can use
be the one of pd-themes. Each one could make it's
own theme for difference purposes, etc. For example, a work theme with
normal look, a performance theme with dark background, These themes
could eventually be saved somewhere in puredata.info, etc.

I remember having the same problem a while back, and all it took to
fix the wacom permissions was adding
KERNEL==event[0-9]*, MODE=0666
to your /etc/udev/rules.d/40-permissions.rules file.
thanks. this worked well, now hid acesses all devices. the intuos isn't

Hi,
I'm trying to configure my system to start using ubuntu (7.10). So far so
good, unbuntustudio, pd (both versions) and jack are working.
I was looking into hid, but I don't have permission in udev to read
/dev/input. I saw
