Well, it would seem then, employers are easily satisfied with pro-forma compliance. I've yet to see one of these filters that can prevent someone from getting to pornography if they really want to. OTOH, I have seen them block innocuous sites simply because the site included the wrong word.

They probably mean the second series 50/1.2 with the M style lettering. You're right, it's not an M lens but the lettering around the front element was changed to match that of the M series lenses. The only other difference I could see was that the coating on the later lens is noticeably bluer

I recently bought an SMC-A 50/1.2 for about $450. Excellent condition, could have been sold as NIB. Given the condition of my lens, and given it is an A version, I would not expect to pay more than $350 max for the K version, and that would be for one with no signs of use... stan On Jun
