And use distilled water, as last wash.

Godfrey, I think this would work a lot better without the bin centered in the
foreground. It's not attractive, and its stolid presence diminishes the sense

Walt, once I was told that using a flatbed scanner to actually take
pictures of jewelry can be a good idea. If you have such a scanner
nearby, it may be worth a try...
