Reduce your body count by 1. Get rid of the Promaster zoom.
For general purpose shooting, the stock 18-55 will do fine.

Pentax-A 2X-S. $125. Free US shipping, but you cover PP fees. Exc. cond.
with 2 caps.
I would sell the Noblex here, but I made the mistake of talking about it
earlier, and that might not go over well. :-(

Feeler gauge is unnecessary.
If there is some grease holding it in place,
just pressing it down with your finger while
sliding the aperture ring over it is adequate.

Twice this past 2 weeks I have bought back stuff that I sold on APUG.
Makes me feel pretty silly.
Still, today after work a local thrift shop *had* a Noblex 135S for $4.94.
And a Metz 35CT2 for $1.91.
So all in all, I don't feel too bad.
Sincerely,
Collin Brendemuehl

Excellent.
The only question that strikes me is the subdued red of the blackbird's
shoulder. It's usually brighter -- unless perhaps the female is darker.

Wouldn't the results be affected by the # of AF sensors in use?
What does your AF Select AF Point say?
I wonder how an AF lens can be in error if the sensor is
aligned with the ground glass and film/sensor plane.
What am I missing?
