I've seen some mirror zooms and all I know about them is that they are
smaller than a normal zoom of the same range.. Is there a big quality
difference?

Of course she's gonna get a pentax, the only problem is: what do I buy for

Well I like them because I do a lot of walking and I don't like to carry
around 5 lenses when I can do about the same with 1 or 2 zooms..
And as I don't need my pictures to be the best in the world... (hey I'm only
an amateur) I won't buy the most expensive zooms...
Bought me a 100 to 300mm
I've used my MZ5 (not the MZ5n) in all kinds of weather conditions and it
has seen a lot of abuse whilst walking around in the mountains...
Never had any problems.. just make sure you use a good bag or ready case to
carry it around..

2 questions:
1. Can anyone suggest a good film for night photography, the subjects are
illuminated, I will not be using flash and because of slow shutter speed of
course a tripod.
I shoot all my pictures in color and do not use slide film.
2. does anyone have experience with using UV film?
That raises a quick question...
Is there a limit to the usage of a teleconvertor? Wouldn't putting a 2x tc
on a 1000mm making it very slow?

Rogier

Don't remember who it was, but I was wondering under which section you are
selling it on ebay.. Cause I'd like to take a look (just interested)

I'm guessing that it's a screw mount and the mean the K to screw adapter

If I were you I'd look for a normal K-mount lens (seems a lot easier to

Also looking at the picture I'm getting the weird feeling that it might not
be in such great shape... (I might be wrong of course)
Your top 5 pentax camera's...
I currently own a pentax MZ-5 and am looking around for a new/extra camera.
So I'd like to know your top 5 (which I hope will help me out a bit :D )
