I own a PZ-1p and a ZX-5n.
I like the feel of shooting the PZ-1p, once I got the grip strap for it.
The ZX-5n, I rarely ever shoot it without the battery adapter, again because
I like the grip.
If there is not a significant feature the PZ-1 has that you'll be taking
advantage of on a regualr basis
My guess, probably cheaper to replace then repair!

I have never been to a camera SHOW like PMA, just ones with dealer tables in
a hotel ballroom.
But I have been to computer shows like COMDEX, where people are announcing
new products.
Is it just Pentax, but with these new products, they don't have any
literature to give to people? There is no p
ance to use any film
with them yet, rainy weekend, and busy doing things.
But from inspection, did notice the 77mm 1.8f read on both my PZ-1p and
ZX-5n as 1.7 when wide open. Just me, or this with everyone?

Weekend before last I taught my future wife photography, and started her out
with a SF-10 and Pentax 28-200 and a $24 Velbon SGB-3 tripod (the tripod was
found at Salvation Army Store!). She used 100 Speed film that day. We

Just not to have the same angle all the time, I often shoot with it low but
where I cn kneel or sit on my tush and still lean in enough
lick past 500 onthe dial and it was 1/1000,
it was easier to label as a lesser camera to make it cheaper, than to
actually make
a crippled shutter...can you verify?

discontinue the film, they will still run the chemistry at their processing
lab, for people with mailers?

What very easy in some photosoftware is where you get to pick a point/spot
that is suppossed to be white, and then whatever correction is necessary for
that, usally fixes the overall colorcast

Does anyone feel we will actually see a replacement for the PZ-1p during
2001, based on the current nes/rumors and the time we would assume
production must take.
Think about getting a PZ-1p...since it doesn't look like there will be a
MZ-S available here in the states the next 3 months.

adding an extra minute, just in case.
Came out fine it appears.
