I was invited to an event recently (basically a millinery fashion
show) to take some snaps.
My friend wanted to take some shots too, so I gave her the K20D,
DA*16-50 & AF-540FGZ. I was shooting with the D700, AF-S 24-70mm &
SB-900, but had to intervene a few times when settings got bumped.

look at the disk-write indicator light to make sure I'd even taken the
shot, I couldn't believe the shutter noise on my Pentax. One benefit of
