Hello Caveman,
Another shot with strong colors and patterns. I rather like this.
The angle of the kayaks from one corner to the other and the patterns
they form are captivating. Good eye.
Thanks for sharing your 'cat' picture VBG.

No, I'm not. The CD itself is generic. Right now it won't appear on my
desktop, so all I have is the jpegs from when I first uploaded them to a
folder on my HD.

license the software that creates the PCD files to only a few places. it's
not generally available.

The machine we use for Picture CD's scans the prints at about 300 dpi, and
ends up making a jpeg file anywhere from 500kb to just over

Not just one shot. All of them had it. The 4x6 prints from the film did
not have it. The images on the CD did...

One of the jpegs that breaks down on enlargement shows, according to
GraphicConverter:
Size: 1486 x 1024 pixels, 212 kb, 72 x 72 ppi, 1:28 compression. (that
seems to be a lot!)

Okay! Fine shot, Ann... Being a cat person, I appreciate how lucky
getting precisely that pose must be...
A serendipity is, it displays a 'fault' I'd have trouble describing, but
here's proof it's not just me.
See all the faint patches, made up of very light horizontal hash marks,
like tiny claw
That's a great shot, Ann!
I had a cat that announced his wish to enter and exit the house exactly
the way those two kittens are. Needless to say, we went through a lot
of screens, and had lots of bugs in the house near the end of each
screen-cycle. g
