This one came out nice! You could try setting slow speed sync on the
flash. The camera measures ambient light and goes below 1/60, the
flash is more like a fill in flash. A diffusor also helps.

I took some "shine" off the Gov's face, removed the wall corner on the left
edge and desaturated the red a tiny bit.
Now looks to me a little more relaxed.

to ambient because the background is lit. For this type of job I'd shoot with
flash as well, unless the lighting was really quite good. I'd do some wide
shots without flash. But even at 6400 ISO, you're not going to ge
