Actually there is hi-viz camo for hunters. Its bright orange so its highly
visible to other hunters, but the pattern of varying luminance is designed
to blend into the background for animals that only see in B, like deer,
horses, etc.

There's a certain quality to them, though I'm not crazy about this in
regards to portraits. The technique might be interesting if applied to a
still life, like a vase + flowers, or bowl with fruit. I'd like to try and
see what that looks like.
