Thanks for the reminder Paul, I do have an EyeFi, will pull that out and try
your approach.
I already use RAW+ but 1) I have been using highest jpg quality and 2) daily
transferring those to my iPad. My logic was that the jpegs on the iPad provided
a tertiary backup in case my original RAW
Stan -
Using the K-3, I shoot RAW+JPG. I keep an Eye-Fi card in slot 2. The
card in slot 1 gets the raw files and the Eye-Fi in slot 2 gets the
smallest JPGs the camera will generate. The JPGs transfer fairly
quickly to my iPad for initial review when I'm not near a computer. The

Heh! I saved them as doc, but thought they might be easier for some as html.
The tarball is how I copied them up to the server.

I can't say that I use the new dial much bu it doesn't seem to cause me
any issues. The only interface change that has been driving me crazy is
the switching of the LV and Play Back buttons, compared to the K3 and
other prior models. I am always

I found what the hangup was, I just got a note that it is awaiting
moderator approval because of the size.
Hmm that means that people won't be able to reply without trimming.
Maybe I should edit it into several smaller documents.
