I have a simple SELECT statement that returns more than one row.
When I do something like this:

I get an Out of sequence error on OCIFetch. So then I tried this:

I have a NAGGING file upload problem.

As I understand this system, PHP uploads all files to a temporary place on disk. From
there you can move them anywhere you want to.
