Package: kvirc
Version: 2:3.4.0-3
Severity: wishlist
The Debian packages of kvirc have been stuck at 3.4.0 for a long time now.
The most recent upstream release is 3.4.2 (which is also supposed to be the
last kvirc release in the KDE/Qt 3 line).
Another issue is the website. The package currently
kblueplugd can be rewritten on a plain C++/Qt4 to avoid python dependencies.

Hello:
Thank you very much for reporting this bug.
Actually, kvirc latest stable version is 3.4.2 whereas either Lenny, testing
and sid provides 3.4.0 with some changes from 3.4.2. The Lenny freeze happened
before KVirc 3.4.2 was released but we still had the chance to take some fixes
