since I'm seeing a different build error. FWIW, when building in a sid chroot
with gcc-5 and g++-5 (5.1.1-14) I get:

This is solvable by removing kde-style-qtcurve.
Then libqtcurve-utils1 is not required as kde-style-qtcurve-qt5 requires
libqtcurve-utils2.
Maybe kde-style-qtcurve needs to be recompiled with libqtcurve-utils2 as well,

It looks like the mtp kioslave provided by kio-extras is not supported by
old kde4 applications (like Dolphin).
