Hi
A couple of us have been having suspected problems with CustomBrowse,
the mysterious m (mix?) symbol and SB hangs. Details including log

Ah thanks, that will save a lot of time! I checked out a later version
using svn like:
svn checkout svn://svn.mplayerhq.hu/mplayer/trunk mplayer --revision
{2007-04-5}
Building on the x86 laptop now, but the first few problems are
identical or v.similar to the previous builds with the feb-07
Normally each revision of mplayer builds without a problem so either you
are unlucky or you have a problem in your build enviroment
Try checking out a couple of revisions 2 or 3 days after the one above.
If you get the same problem with each checkout then there is something
wrong with your build
I can confirm that with only the custombrowse plugin installed, the M
appears on the Squeezebox screen and also in the webinterface.

plugin. Because I not use the multilibrary plugin anymore, i have
It seems to me that there is something in Erland's plugins which causes
the M to appear.
He probably uses some of the same code for all his plugins, so they are
all effected.

New Moose up on the site and group.. Mostly fixes, but a few new features:
Fixed issue with Moose un-muting server mutes.
Fixed issue with radios and multiple players.

I've discovered that I lose my dynamic playlist settings after a rescan
of my music. I'm using Music Magic for my music library source. After
either a full rescan or a changed music scan, when I return to the
dynamic playlist option on the web interface all of the playlists are
listed instead of

both info stuck when player disconnected/re-connected and emptyness

I see this as well - I was experimenting with the hold down play
feature, and my Boom completely froze. Had to restart SqueezeCenter.
I have TrackStat, CustomPlaylist, and MusicIP installed - someone said
in a different thread that the M was a result of MusicIP being
present.

I had another Plug In directory with Alien BBC loaded - which
Squeezecentre was still picking up.
Deleted this - still didn't work - then realised I should be using vers
2.02 instead of 2.03 (oops).
All is fine.

The underlined m is standard SqueezeCenter functionality. The m indicates
when viewing any music item that is mixable in any way. That includes MusicIP,
and a whole load of third-party plugins.
Press-and-hold the play button when you see an m, and you should get a list
of available mixers.

Wmadec is installed for windows, but it relies on your windows
installation having the correct codecs. Does WHS have this? If not
then you would need to install Alien and mplayer to decode wma files on
the server.

I used to dislike playlists - they aren't whole albums, etc. In the
meantime, my wife started using Pandora, and I really like it too.
I am wondering if there is an algo that can apply some kind of logic to

I have slimserver running on a qnap nas device and a squeezebox v3. I
have kept slimserver at v6.5.4 because it is such a pain to update.
Recently I have lost my BBC7 archive menu (it comes up with 'no list
available') on the squeezebox. I get all the other menus and they work
ok.

Sorry it took me a couple of days, work wouldnt let me play.
This works great for me. I heard of people having problems with antenna
strength but I'm in a city.
So I installed the programs, unziped your files and setup the stations
as you posted and away I went.
This shows up on the Duet in the

menu. I felt putting real FM radio under Internet Radio would be
confusing especially as in 7.3 Internet radio menu gets more entries
and plugins are at the end.

I am new and need help getting iPeng to work for me. I run SC 7.3, ipod
touch V2,mac OSX10.5, and have no previous versions of iPeng running.
I downloaded the iPenf file, opened it, installed the whole folder
where instructed. I was not able to restart SC because I could not
