Try changing the Custom Browse menu configuration so you write
COMPOSERSORT instead of Composersort in the sorting tag name.
If this doesn't help, install Database Query plugin and run the Custom
Scan Statistics query and post the result, it should list exactly which
tags are stored in the

I have setup a menu to browse music by composers using MultiLibrary and
Custom Browse. When I browse for example Bach I see all albums composed

I think it's caused by a bug I accidentally introduced in one of the
latest Custom Scan versions, it should hopefully be fixed in the
2.8.3563 version of Custom Scan which I just released. Let me know if
this new version doesn't solve your issues.

which is used in 7.6, I probably have to go through the indexes and
make sure they are optimal also for SQLite.

Logitech's plugin, but I found SC to be better in almost all aspects.

SqueezeCommander its a android-app, if i'm misstaken the offical
logitech is a javascript/html app. On lower end androids there is a
significant speed difference.

I enjoy SqueezeCommander more than the Logitech App. I have one of those
devices, where scrolling didn't work at all in the Logitech App and with
the current beta version it improved but still feels slow compared to
SqueezeCommander.

With 6000+ classical albums, advanced search
is absolutely essential for me to find anything...

I've been having the same problem. Custom Browse is slower and less
stable, making my server unusable for minutes at a time. I'll often

I can't get to the Various Settings page under Custom Scan settings.
The browser just cranks away and eventually I get just a blank tab

Could you try if the Custom Scan 2.8.3569 version I just released solves
it ?
I'm not sure it does but the previous version used an index that wasn't
optimal when accessing the Various Settings page to be able to list
available title formats.
