Incremental scan?
I sometimes have that, too, with 7.7.x, it seems to have an issue with
artwork scanning and incremental scans.
I'd try to rescan, incremental first (has sometimes helped for me),
otherwise a clear and rescan will usually fix it.
I'm not 100% sure whether

I was very excited when I saw this at Erland's Custom Browse wiki :)

Looks like my hosting provider I was using for this is down at present.
I will try to find out what is wrong.
Hope you can get it sorted soon Triode! Co-incided with a re-install of
the Media Server so I`m Spotify-less currently ... arg! :-)
Thanks as always for the support

I have noticed that LMS now doesn't let me play music even via a music
folder when a rescan is in progress, which I find a little irritating. I
used to use that facility when a custom scan was running. I'm not sure
whether the old version of custom scan would let me do this

Hello
I'm using LMS 7.7.1, Itunes Update 2.8.3, and Itunes 10.6.1.7. It seems
to be working okay except the timestamp (in Itunes) for when a song is
played is off by -6 hours. As a note, my local time zone (MST) is -6
hours behind GMT, and I'm wondering if that isn't a coincidence.

I believe it's a caching problem because the server only generates the
artwork after first sending an empty one but will have to investigate.
The Logi App is a web app, maybe the browser loads the header for each
image before loading it from the server or local cache and uses the
expiration
No one have any advice or experience of the problem
Maybe I should I post it in another area of the forums ?

Yes, that seems to work.
Thanks!
One other (slightly related) issue I'm having is that after creating a
new SQL Playlist or Custom Browse menu through the web interface I find
that the owner of the file (server is on Ubuntu) is 'squeezeboxserver'
and that only the owner has write permissions.
Crikey what a prompt response. Yes, thanks will do.

I think you are the only person experiencing this - there must be
something special about your set up. What does the helper app log say
when you restart
I'll need to log off and deliberately break it to see what it says. Be
back with you in a while.

All good for me, thanks again.
Triode, do you publish a change list anywhere for the different
versions? Always interested to know what has been updated.
Thanks,

Do you mean the Squeezbox Information menu in the Seetings menu?
This opens a server provided information menu, this sounds like your
server hangs or crashes when opening this.
Actually I tried using iPeng again today, just browsing

I publish a list of changes for each new release in the announce post on

Since discovering this I reverted to using external cover
