Other than that, I would look at one of the existing plugins that
integrates a streaming services, maybe Qobuz or BandCamp plugin if you
want to look at a third party plugin, or you can also look at one of the
streaming plugins bundled with LMS which uses mysqueezebox.com, for

First example is Adele. If I search by Artist Adele and then have

This might be an issue with Adele vs. Adèle. Could you check whether all
your cases do use the exact same spelling?

I have problems with Smart Mix stopping because Spotify tracks are not
available in my region. Is this because I have the Logitech Spotify
plugin installed as well as Triode's plugin? If so, is it possible to
force Smart Mix to use Triode's plugin?

I had the same problem. It resolved itself after I created a mix-recipe
with Spotify, then switched over to Wimp again. It continues working
with only Wimp being active after that.
I think there's a problem if you disable local tracks, and select only
one music service. It should work fine if

also have an album No Album - Various Artists this is empty and only

Isn't it possible to skip the track once it becomes evident that it
isn't playing?
That is what is happening. But if all tracks happen to not be playable,
there's not enough time to add new tracks before it comes to a halt.

today I worked on LMS Remote again and added some new features. Here are
the changes:
I love how you approach some things differently from some of us other
devs. Nice job - keep it going! (and don't forget the school anyway :-))
- Added a Quick Search function that allows you to search for

I just moved my LMS off a Raspberry Pi where streaming performance to my

and media scanning were slooow so I chose another more powerful Linux

Well it is easy, it is only the case where I do the search by artist
entering Adele, where I have that effect.
I have an english keyboard

Bit more success after the clear library and rescan everything, the
album art and the no album have gone, I can access the playlists in the

Hm, I don't see anything really suspicious in there, it's actually
pretty clean.
Does it get better the second time you open the playlist?
There are some SongInfo error messages like something was looking up

Onto something here... I had updated drivers a couple weeks before the
problem, essentially to utilize a s/pdif output that didn't have a
driver. The update correctly got me the s/pdif driver, but seemingly
made the stereo mix driver vanish. There is nothing to activate!
I'll investigate.
Wow. This appears to be a real problem. If you google no stereo mix
driver vista you'll see what comes up. It's apparently a big deal that
lots of manufacturers (including Dell) have intentionally ommitted the
Stereo Mix drivers. I'm guessing that I had an outdated XP driver on my

HI Triode, you were responding via email, but I thought it might be
easier to have everything in one place.
I have, as a set up:

connection stable) The internet connection goes home
gateway---PoE---switch---server (Windows 7);
2.
Got it! I got the drivers from the Realtek site, so Stereo Mix is back.
(SPDIF is gone, though... next issue, I guess)
Thanks!

My problem now is that some tracks are skipped in a random matter.
Some of the log file hint at temporary networking issues. This could be
on your end as well as on Qobuz. There is one issue which might have
been improved in latest nightlies. the couldn't resolve ip address.
