v2.7.x introduced the possibility to import information about the
playlist folder hierarchy. This officially isn't supported by Spotify's
servers. But I've found a workaround to (semi-)automatically grab that
information from a Spotify application installed on your computer.
With v2.7.3 I added
I have moved outsde the UK and I wish to access the BPA plugin at the
audio quality I am used to, rather than the non-UK stream. I use Express
VPN, so I am able to access Iplayer on my laptop, which is the driver
for my SBT via LMS.
Is there anything I can do to receive the UK BBC streams
Bug fix release.
- Fix 'Random Albums' icon when using categories from server.
- Fix SVG icon sizes.
- Fix radio browsing - don't treat items with 'addAction' and no type
as 'text'
- Fix large pin icon when browsing radio.
I finally had the RP stream die on me once today. I was playing it
through Squeezelite-X on Win 10 and had to restart the app to clear up
whatever confusion was going on in there, as the play button was not
responding. Also just now a 20 minute block ended abruptly mid-song, and
a new block

Automatically upgraded to 2.0.12 sometime between last night and this
morning.
LMS: SGC microJukebox
Control apps: Squeezer or Material web app on Android, Squeezelite-X on
Win
Players: Duet, Touch (two), Mac SqueezePlay, Win Squeezelite-X on laptop
and HTPC
I had that. Fire up Google Home and you may find itÂ’s muted!

Hmmm...now that you mention it...I do have a few small programmable
buttons on my trackball. I just tried setting them for forward/back, and
they do

- Show 'More' action in more cases.

I recently had to upgrade my router (TP Link --> Google Wifi) and my
Chromecast Bridge is no longer working. It sees the players, and when I
send music to them (for example, Google Home Mini), it beeps on the
player indicating it's being talked to, and LMS can change the volume on
the player,
I just saw that Chromecast audio device (small round one) is at end of
manufacturing life and is available at discounted prices while there are
stocks.

That did it :) Thanks for your help!
So are those packet sizes out of spec for Airplay or we don't know due
to it being proprietary? It'd suck if you didn't have awesome open
source software and had the same issue with

The BBC have stated that the "Programmes" JSON api would go away so any
fix may only be temporary. I had a look at how BBC Web player played
the Monkey cage - interesting it uses a hidden DASH AAC version of the
program but getting the URL seems to very complicated and possibly
dynamic.

BTW - you can use Material Skin to create, edit, and delete groups. This
is available from the manage players dialog - if a recent enough version
of Group

I recall reading somwhere on a BBC blog
I've been digging a bit more into the problem of some shows not being
playable on BBC Iplayer. (which just so happens to be quite a few of
the most popular ones)
It seems that the BBC, for whatever reason, has decided to not expose
the broadcasted versions of these programmes. But only the
