Thank you for testing.
So some of the tracks on youtube just don't play, using this plugin with
LMS?
I'm running LMS (7.9.2, build from Dec. 28) on a Raspberry Pi (model B)
Is this a first generation Pi model B? I don't think that ever worked.
You can get more log information by setting plugin.spotty to INFO
(Settings/Advanced/Logging). Then upload your server.log.zip to

First, thanks for writing and supporting this software!
I'm trying to get spotty installed for the first time. So far it's all
working except for the sound. :-)

Hi all. HNY!
I have been using the Youtube plug in for a while but not recently. Went
to use it a few days ago and it asked for a new client ID etc. No
problem, have done that before. Not working. I enter the new client ID
and the new client secret (copy and pasted) and then . Top of

Hi and thanks for replying.
Maybe I should clarify. I have zero problems to pay for apps, I am more
than willing to honour good work in this way. However I usually do not
have google tablets or phones and so they don't have the play store
installed. This excludes for me pretty much every

Happy 2020, everyone.
I'm a new user of the plugin and have encountered an obstacle that some
of the videos don't play through a DLNA audio device, using UPnP/DLNA
bridge.
I apologize for asking about this if the solution has already been
provided in this thread, but I didn't find it while

I'll play with it and see how much work it would be. I've not used that
functionality in Spotty myself but I guess it's also just all available
via the web-GUI.

So does this prevent you from issuing commands within MediaServer? The
reason I would like to do this is to be able to play Spotify from my
Squeezeboxes and Touch using Alexa voice commands.

No, because Spotify already has an Alexa skill that can handle that
directly.
Will it be possible to directly request albums or songs from my Spotify
library linked from Spotty?
Thanks

Yep, an automation in HA can be used for that purpose. I do this to turn
on (and off) power to my amps that are connected to Pcp and Joggler

worked for one evening, the problem has returned.
