Hi
I'm getting the issue noted in post 312, where the music mount point
doesn't work and the logfile shows
Code:
Slim::Utils::Scanner::Local::Async::__ANON__ (70) Error scanning file or
folder: /music: Permission denied
Did anyone solve this

The new pCP7 is using the latest perl, which is getting stricter and
stricter. So that is likely the what's causing the problem
How are you creating that style. The error indicates it improperly
encoded utf8.
I believe these are the lines it doesn't like
"sdtformat": "%!Zº",
I cannot find

Dear Forum,
i have problems importing an old Screen i created into Custom Clock
Helper.
I can import it on PI 3 Picoreplayer 6.1 LMS 8, but not on PI4
Picoreplayer 7 Beta LMS
I think it is 64 bit OS related problem, because i had the same problems
before on Synology Nas.
Here is the related

My shell script is not great but you have multiple echo commands on one
line, usually command on one line are separated by semi-colon ";"

Don't use my mini too often for music, but I had to do
Hello Roland,
Here are the steps I took:
I installed your plugin from the repository
I created a conf file
Code:
nano /etc/lmseventtrigger.json

Too late, bought used at a bargain price (and still waiting for
delivery). Will try to not upgrade LMS and Perl, unless they have
already been updated.
Next best option for LMS would be installing it on my Windows PC (it's
mostly powered on when listening to music) or picoreplayer, even if
mmh, got solved very quickly now. It wasn´t the colon but the second
space in "Dein Mixtape 1" which got interpreted as a special character
(in the Homeautomation). Strange.
Good to have bothered you guys ;)
sorry

Hi Michael,
Yup, maybe. I´m not even a 100% sure if the colon is the core of the
problem. I just realized this new feature and suspected it to be the
culprit why i can´t show playlists anymore (in the

Thanks for the link.
I've added back the original blue server error status ethernet and
wireless icon display.
The change will be included in the

Ah ok, thanks. That explains it. How long has this 'ID' requirement been
around? I assume it's a change that Spotify has implemented (?)
It's not really a requirement. But I believe the still increasing number
of Spotty users, plus the increased traffic due to the library
integration feature
Just received my free Google Nest Mini from a Spotify offer a few months
ago. Already got it velcroed under a kitchen cabinet playing Christmas
songs via the plugin. [emoji3]

It didn't download for a whole day until one hour after I posted the log
here.

I entered my ID last night but it didn't seem to work. I've just had a
little play again this morning and the problem hasn't happened yet :)
Is there a delay with the ID thing?
Yeah, I should try to address this: Spotty caches tokens for about an
hour. So once you enter the client ID, it
if @mherger agrees, we can always add a "can" entry to the base player
(or client) that questions DefeatFFT and do
Yeah, I believe it's smart to check for available methods rather than
rely on a class.

Hi Michael, there is yes, lots of "Plugins::Spotty::OPML::__ANON__ (191)
Failed to get featured playlists and/or token - do not continue"
I entered my ID last night but it didn't

Since you run Docker, it maybe a Docker setup issue. I suggest posting
on the Docker thread ( with a link to this thread) and see if another
Docker users has seen it.
