If you had Spotty enabled, uninstall it (pres will survive) and restart

Hi blithering_idiot,
If you're interested and willing to try, you can try the NOMYSB package
from Sourceforge. In this package the mysqueezebox.com integration is
disabled. This means, less plugins will try to access the internet,
which just might solve our issue with the plugins tab.

There's the --failsafe flag - but that's to disable third party plugins

Does "failsafe" prevent looking at the repositories or just disable the
plugins after they have been installed ?
I don't think it prevents the plugin installer's lookup of the repositories.

So, the nomysb option would be worth a try to disable at least the
plugins related to mysqueezebox.com?
Yes, that would be worth it.

Installed 7.9.2 on my DS418 it installs and runs ok, but when I go into

Uninstalled and install 7.9.0 and that runs plugins ok.
Also could be my imagination but the time it takes for 7.9.2 to fully
load before using squeezebox is far
