Hello,
I have a problem installing the itunesUpdater on my SC7 on my Mac. It
says in the ReadMe I have to install a Perl Modul, however, when trying
to install it there are a lot of error messages:
Fetching with LWP:

lso, I should mention that mplayer will play the streams. If I type the
following:
mplayer http://www.otr.net/r/fibb/27.ram
mplayer just dies
You need to tell mplayer that the URL is a playlist not a playable URL
so use
mplayer -playlist http://www.otr.net/r/fibb/27.ram

One of the neat points of the Mac is the way the GUI interacts with the

Do the following instead of the suggested steps 5 and 6.
1. Find the SqueezeCenter preference pane in your Library (or the main

2. Control-click on this and choose

I find that the Chumby Slimserver widget plays my MP3 library fine, but
when I try to play SiriusRadio (plug-in 0.8.5) I get no audio. My
server is a Windows box. Presumably Chumby doesn't decode WMA, whereas
my real SB3, etc. do. Is there a setup which will make the Chumby work?

Here it is. Fingers crossed it shows something helpful.
It is a huge text file, so I had to split it into two to upload it.

I'm confused but I don't have a Mac so can't offer any insight.
All the changes to mplayer.sh in 2.00 was to handle the fact that

latest mplayer do you mean Triode's build - and do you mean it is a tar
file rather than a dmg ?
That sound a bit weired to me, can you give me some more details:

What shows up instead?
On the browse album page, if you get the no artwork icons ( notes on

I thought I introduced this a few weeks back. Added the mad binary. Please give

Thanks for the MLB plugin! I'm running it w/ SC 7.0.1 on Ubuntu 8.04. I

To see mplayer/mplayer.sh output which may give a clue, you will need to
run Sc from shell prompt.
1. edit custom-convert.conf and change --really-quiet to --quiet.
2. Run SC from a shell prompt.
3. Enable logging plugin.alienbbc to DEBUG and player.source to INFO.
4. Try to play the RTSP stream
