No guarantees and, yes, if the only place you would use the premium
subscription is via this plugin then I suggest you hold off for now.
I think they allow cancellation at any time so would only cost 1 month
though.
I still haven't released the premium stuff

Looks like there is also Hifiberry Tidal Connect - so the

I tested again. Songs sometimes stop during playback (in the middle of
the song) without any user interaction. When I press play again, the
Spotify app shows that it's playing again, but Spotty doesn't do
anything. When I then select another song, playback works again.

No. It would use the first music service available, with lossless being
preferred over lossy. So even if you had Spotify and TIDAL enabled, the
latter should be picked.

The TIDAL plugin itself does indeed not provide its own mixer. But you

The second post in this thread ahs been updated with a list of how to
speak several commands in French and German. If anybody can suggest
working phraseology for e.g. playing favorites and changing
shuffle/repeat modes, I'll add them. Amazon has no docs on their own
voice model I'm afraid :(
