My plugin pages the results in chunks of 100, which I think is acceptable from a usability POV But don't you break the policy about one request per second? If I had to throttle 12 requests that way, UX would be pretty poor... I didn't find any way to narrow down the results, to eg. only

Do you actually have 10355 artists? My scan has currently found 361 of 2937 artists in 56 minutes and I don't even recognize a high proportion of the names appearing below the scan in the web UI (Anders Bagge and Robert Stone for example). Do you think it includes composers etc? Yes, it does.
