One small request - can we change the names that spotify connect reports
for the players? I really don't like the MAC address being visible.
I'll have to review this. At some point I needed it to make transcoding
or something work. The Connect implementation is complicated, and hacky...

There is a major difference in behavior in the /tmp folder.
There should be less of those files than before. I assume you didn't pay
any attention before?
I see lots of .tmp files appearing, files with the same size create
at the exact same time and with a few seconds difference, for

There is a major difference in behavior in the /tmp folder.
I see lots of .tmp

Mherger,
First of all a BIG thank you for, not only, adding spotify connect to
our beloved Squeezebox environment, but implementing it correctly where
is feels perfectly part of LMS/Squeezebox. And with gapless support, no
less!
Big Kudos to you - this works better than squeezelite and

I'm sorry, it was very poorly documented.
I added some usage instructions. It requires a Python installation and I
can not guarantee that it will run on Windows - I have only tested it
I'm sorry, password protection is not supported at this point. And I
don't know whether it will ever be.

Ok thanks for confirming. Can you add this as a limitation to the first
post?

activated plugins
If I update and restart LMS, the Spotty plugin is disabled ...
I'm lost ...
I think this happens if the download fails, or LMS is restarted before
the download has completed. This should not happen with

Hi there,
little stupid question: I'm using MoOde OS, from my phone, is it
possible to choose Spotty as the player? or can i just use my spotify
playlists?
I did try to play song from my phone and select the Spotty (even after
having done the pairing) but no sound came out, but playing my

Thank you. Really do appreciate all the work you and the others do.
Did you find a way to access the Qobuz booklets via the plugin?
Wow... I didn't even remember that topic any more... I added it to my
todo list (todo as in: do see what could be done ;-)). I'm currently a
bit busy, and Qobuz folks have been rather frustrating dealing with.
